I don't think that contacts really make you eyes bigger definitely. Depending on how bad your eyes are, I think it can affect it a little bit. For example, if you have really bad eyesight, then your glasses will be very thick, and as people look at ur eyes thru the lens, it will look smaller. Contacts are thin, so it'll seem like normal size.
Circle lens, on the other hand, DO make your eyes look bigger.. and more round I think. But personally I think it makes ur eyes TOO big 
. And plus, I heard it's bad for your eyes in the long run
